Return & Refund Policy – Anekan

At Anekan, we offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • Unused, unworn, with original tags
  • Must be in original packaging
  • You must provide receipt or proof of purchase

⚠️ Important:

  • Returns will only be accepted after approval
  • Items sent without prior request will not be accepted

Damaged / Wrong Product

Please check your order immediately after delivery.
If the item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Wrong item received

We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

👉 If you want a different item:

  1. Return the original item
  2. After approval, place a new order

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you
  • If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • It may take additional time for your bank/card provider to reflect the amount
