At Anekan, we offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- Unused, unworn, with original tags
- Must be in original packaging
- You must provide receipt or proof of purchase

⚠️ Important:
- Returns will only be accepted after approval
- Items sent without prior request will not be accepted
Damaged / Wrong Product
Please check your order immediately after delivery.
If the item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Wrong item received

We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
👉 If you want a different item:
- Return the original item
- After approval, place a new order
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you
- If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
- It may take additional time for your bank/card provider to reflect the amount
